SPRING 2022

Drum Run is a Spring 2022 adventure tour that promotes health and well-being by combining community drum circle workshops in cities throughout British Columbia with distance running events between each community.

Drum Run motivates, engages and connects people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds in interactive community-based drumming and running events that are outdoors, fun and inspire physical movement.

Planning is proceeding during the COVID-19 pandemic for events scheduled later when public gatherings are safe again.

Bachata ME Thursdays is a Bachata lessons and party all in one.  Locate Downtown Vancouver, offers lessons at 7:30 - 9:30PM and a dance practice at 9:30PM on Thursday nights in Vancouver.  Plays 90% modern Bachata. FREE for enrolled BACHATA students.
